A homemade pasta stuffed with braised oxtail from beef raised exclusively for us by “Mangili agricultural company”, served with Taleggio’s cheese cream and finished with Tellurit Merlot wine jus that adds depth and structure.
The chef drew inspiration from the hilltops that frame the view in front of the restaurant, two gentle curves that embrace the landscape and fill the palate.
