Our wine list is a story of life and land, of vines deeply rooted in the soil and hands that work with passion. Each label is the result of a conscious choice, made with love for the territory and the desire to share its essence in every glass.

We dedicate a significant part of our wine selection to Val Pontida, a land with a long winemaking tradition. Its soil, known as the “Pontida’s Flysch,” is of sedimentary origin and composed of alternating sandstone and schistous marl. This unique composition gives the wines freshness, crispness, and a distinct minerality.
